About me

I'm a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.  I work at the Gower Health Clinic in Murton. I provide face-to-face NLP sessions in clinic, as well as online sessions.  Working online enables me to work with a variety of clients from all over the world. Online sessions are also available for those who are more comfortable doing sessions in the comfort of their own home.

NLP has always been a passion of mine since I discovered it 7 years ago. The positive impact this therapy has had on so many clients has been a wonder to behold.  Lots of clients who have felt stuck for a long time and have had numerous talking therapies and felt nothing has worked for them. Then they discover NLP!

NLP has always been very explorative and asks the deeper questions needed. This has given clients a positive meaningful step forward with a positive impact. NLP can give a means to move forward and help clients when nothing else has.

What is NLP?

NLP in short terms is an approach to healthy communication, helping people in their personal development and psychotherapy. It explores the relationships between neurological processes, the language used and behavioral patterns learned through experiences.

It's worth mentioning that, you also need to have the mindset to be ready to make the change. That you want to move forward in your life.
