This is a treatment used by medical professionals, osteopaths and massage therapists trained in advanced massage, Clinical Lymphatic drainage. As I am fully trained and certified in Clinical Lymphatic drainage, advanced massage. I am delighted to be able to offer this incredible treatment at Three Cliffs Retreat. This treatment stimulates and pumps the lymphatic system and boosts your blood circulation with many more benefits, Benefits: - Decreased Muscle adhesion - Increase in muscle compliance - Decreased muscle stiffness - Increase of micro circulation by dilating blood vessels - Increase in organ/tissue fluid dynamics & lymphatic drainage - Decrease in pain - Increase in parasympathetic activity. - Fluid clearance - Blood flow support. This treatment is 30 minutes. Please note; drink lots of water before your appointment, making sure you are well hydrated. Drink plenty of water after your treatment for the next 24 hours.
